Volume Three or more hires on a single requisition are discounted 30 percent per hire.

Against contingency search at 25 to 30 percent of base salary, these fees typically land 40 to 70 percent lower.

Budget the role once and plan on it. The fee is set by tier, so a long search costs no more than a fast one, and a strong offer does not raise our invoice the way a percentage would.

The final installment is waived if the hire is no longer in the role at ninety days. All invoices are net 30. The fee applies to any candidate hired into an open requisition, whatever the source, including referrals and direct applications. If a requisition is paused after kickoff, the first invoice stands and nothing further is owed.
